This is a live and interactive experience, which will allow participants the opportunity to ask questions during the class with a HUD expert. Because of this, class sizes are limited. The course will review and discuss how owners and property managers can best position themselves for a successful MOR. The class will detail areas that have clear HUD guidelines versus areas that are at the discretion of the auditor (no clear HUD guidelines). It will outline methods for resolving findings quickly and efficiently.
