Contract Administration

We begin with a thorough needs analysis to determine what services may be needed. Each organization’s needs are different due to the variability of the portfolio size, expertise of CA staff, owner/agent familiarity with rules and regulations, and whether the portfolio is a performance-based or pre-RFP nature.

We will work with your staff to ensure your compliance with the Department of Housing and Urban Development’s rules and regulations. This may involve subcontracting some portions of the ACC, training of your staff, training of owners/agents within the portfolio, or other assistance.
