This is a live and interactive experience, which will allow participants the opportunity to ask questions during the class with a HUD expert. Because of this, class sizes are limited. The course will review HUD Handbook 4350.3, which states that all properties are to use the EIV System “in its entirety”. Topics covered will include:
- How frequently reports must be generated
- Where to file generated reports (Master vs Tenant Files)
- How to read and interpret your reports
- How to maintain EIV security awareness
