In 2022 HUD updated requirements for what needs to be included in your property’s Affirmative Fair Housing Marketing Plan (AFHMP).
This is a live and interactive experience, which will allow participants the opportunity to ask questions during the class with a HUD expert. Because of this, class sizes are limited. The course will review best practices for how to build or update your property’s AFHMP. The instructor will review what forms are needed, where to find demographic and other required data, and how to ensure you’re correctly listing and contacting your community contacts.
