Ensure you are operating your property in accordance with the Fair Housing Guidelines.

This is a live and interactive experience, which will allow participants the opportunity to ask questions during the class with a HUD expert. Because of this, class sizes are limited. The course will review key federal civil rights laws and fair housing requirements under the Fair Housing Act and will review how these rights and requirements impact property managers and owners. Further, we’ll discuss how property policies and procedures are impacted by the Fair Housing Act and how they can be generated to assert compliance. The course also covers requirements as they relate to persons with disabilities and reasonable accommodations requests.
