If you are a manger or owner of HUD subsidized multifamily housing, this course provides you with vital information. This ten day course offers a comprehensive review of the occupancy rules and regulations. Learn in detail the HUD requirements for Project Based Section 8, Section 236, Section 202, Rent Supplement, Rental Assistance Program, Project Assistance Contract, and Project Rental Assistance Contract programs. Recent changes at HUD have increased monitoring of subsidy payments. Let Paulhus & Associates’ SOS Course provide you with the tools you need to better meet your subsidy contract and serve your residents.
The SOS Course goal is not to see how much of the HUD Manual you can memorize, but to help understand and utilize the contents, to effectively meet requirements. The SOS Course is every Tuesday 1-3pm EST.
