It's actually quite simple. There is an initial set-up of your property, contract, and unit and tenant information. Your technician completes this, you merely provide us with the necessary information. You will be provided with a Quick Start kit containing a checklist of items that must be sent to our office. After the initial set-up is complete your responsibilities are reduced to simply providing your technician with any changes to your property or tenant data using our simplified 59 Data Form. That's it! We do all the work and you collect your housing assistance payments.
