Our Service Bureau is unique in that we provide our clients with service well beyond the submission of your tenant data to HUD. The Service Bureau program will provide your Housing Authority immediate action on tenant 50058 submissions along with analysis of all received tenant information. The process begins with the setup of the Housing Authority's information, such as unit and voucher data, and is continued by a thorough scrubbing and reconciliation of your tenant data with MTCS. Finally, with your authority information set up and your tenant data clean and accurate, we begin the monthly submission process using MTCS.
Tenant data is manually input and then presented to our quality control team. Upon verification of accuracy the monthly 50058 submission is completed. This process assures that your Housing Authority will meet the 95% compliance reporting percentage that has been enforced by H.U.D.

MTCS / PIC Reconciliation Services
Our reconciliation service will provide a thorough cleansing of your existing tenant data. During this process each 50058 will be carefully screened, evaluated and compared with the information currently on file with HUD. All erroneous information will be removed using the guidelines set forth by HUD and replaced with accurate and timely data.
